Guest House

The Guest House offers the privacy of four individual suites. With one and two bedrooms, complete with cozy fireplace and kitchens. One bedroom suites include double whirlpool, fireplace, vaulted ceiling and wet bar. All suites include AC, TV, and patios or balconies. All bedding and towels are provided. Limited housekeeping service is available.

White Pine & Wintergreen Suites

Two bedrooms, each with queen bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Furnishings include a gas fireplace for those chilly autumn nights. The bath has a tub and shower. The bright kitchen has glass patio doors which open to a lannon stone patio with a grill. A full kitchen with microwave along with clock radios, TV and AC enhances this suite. Maximum occupancy of 6.

Wicker Suite

Romantically furnished with wicker, this enchanting honeymoon or anniversary suite includes king size bed, TV, fireplace, wet bar and living room with cathedral ceiling. Your bath includes a shower and double whirlpool tub tucked into a charming bay window dormer.

Lake Iris Suite

Lake Iris Suite with its wicker furnishings, is similar to the Wicker Suite. The Lake Iris Suite features a queen size bed, cozy breakfast nook, wet bar, fireplace and double soaking tub.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

• A one night deposit provides mutual protection and is required to hold your reservation.

• Reservations are not effective until deposit is received.

• Deposit is credited to the last day of your stay.

• You are guaranteed the entire reserved period.

• Phone reservations will only be held for five days unless deposit is received. Balance due upon check-in.

• If reservations are canceled more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, less a $25.00 office charge.

• With less than 15 days notice, the deposit less the $25 office charge will be transferred to a Gift Certificate. Gift certificates MUST be used by 10/31/2022. Sorry but no exceptions.

• No refunds on early departures.

• In the event of a change in plans upon or after arrival, for any reason, cancellation policy still applies, and guest is responsible for all nights reserved.
